"Overall it was a great place to stay as it was within walking distance to the Mall. The worse thing was that we had items taken from our room. These items were a pair of running shoes, a sweater, and worst of all medication. This left a bad impression when in fact the staff were friendly and helpful."

"I stayed for only two nights, but the service I received was exceptional! All my requests were accommodated, from a high-floor room with a wonderful view to a late check-out. As a solo traveler dealing with jet lag and coming down with the flu, these thoughtful gestures meant so much to me. A special mention to Liam from the concierge team, who was incredibly helpful with my luggage and even weighed my bags for me. The location is also fantastic, right on Bonifacio High Street and next to Serendra, making everything so convenient. I’m glad I made the last-minute decision to switch my booking to this hotel. It was absolutely worth it! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Philippines. Thank you for making my short stay such a comfortable and pleasant experience!"

"The personnel are world class. ready smile and always willing to help and make your stay comfortable. Had an issue with my room and they were on it right away. My request were immediately attended to and they offer options if I do not get what I needed. Their breakfast spread is always tasty… even my family that was not checked in in the hotel would come just for breakfast!"
