"Second time to stay at the Skyloft (first in December 2018). Logistics is/was important to me and the hotel is right across the UST hospital which has access to the university, and is in the heart of Manila. 5-minute jeepney ride to SM San Lazaro. Was very impressed with the service on this second visit - the staff and security were very courteous and respectful. Unfortunately, as with most buildings in the Philippines, the property deteriorated fast. I had a smaller but very similar room...

This made it easy to explore the area. One minor drawback was the air conditioning in the breakfast area. It wasn't cooling enough, making it a bit uncomfortable during meals. However, the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings more than made up for this inconvenience. "

"It is central to all needed. Close enough to Airport. Not expensive, mall close 4 min walk, Ex pat bar across the road, Money changers with good rates. The rooms are quiet. Good menu. Close enough to bus station. Great over night, couple of days place. "

"The room was excellent. Lot's of space and well equipped. The hot water was plentiful and the Internet was fast and reliable. The pool was very private and one of the best pools I have ever seen - it has tile along the bottom and sides. The location is good being a few minutes walk to the Robinson's mall. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone spending a few days or more in Manila."
