"Pros: The security, Frontdesk and wait staff has excellent customer service. Good price for quality food. Quiet location. Truly a staycation experience. Nice room set up. The actual employees are great. Cons: Too many OJT working in a group setting. For example: 6 people entered one of our rooms just to collect towels & trash. At the end of our stay, we were charged for lost towels that was most likely miscounted by them. Too many OJT sitting around, make them clean pools with net, we don’t need to request for it, pick up branches, pick up cat poop and spray, scrub shower tiles, etc. "

"Beautiful hotel. Contacting the front desk is difficult calling from the room phone. No hairdryer. I love the water dispenser available in every floor. Very eco-friendy and practical. Would stay again."

"Listen folks, do not waste your money here. They do not honor "pay now" bookings, even if you paid online, you will still be asked to pay in cash. They will fool you to get your refund the next day, but truth is, they will not process it until you're checked out. Plus couple of room observations, comfort room is dirty, lots of bed bugs and roaches, no garbage bags, booking says parking is free and yet, they are charging a fee, and staff are unapproachable. Such a very bad experience. Hotels.com must end partnership with this property, doesnt deserve a good rating."

"My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. I do wish I would have known that to eat at the roof top restaurant, required a reservation many days in advance. But other than that I would highly recommend this hotel. "
