"J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l’hôtel Tallinn Express. L’arrivée était simple et efficace grâce au système de code permettant de récupérer sa clé automatiquement. J’ai également aimé les nombreuses options de restauration et de boissons disponibles sur place, avec la possibilité de commander directement à partir de distributeurs. Le centre aquatique, avec ses différentes piscines et ses saunas, constitue un autre avantage intéressant. Pour environ 10 €, l’accès en vaut vraiment la peine. Le petit déjeuner était également excellent. Les seuls points négatifs concernent le manque d’eau chaude le soir précédant mon départ ainsi que la porte de la douche, qui ne retient pas suffisamment l’eau et entraîne une inondation rapide du plancher de la salle de bain. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai passé un très bon séjour et j’ai apprécié les installations et les services offerts par l’hôtel. Quelques améliorations au niveau de la plomberie permettraient de rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable."

"This hotel presents very well and is in a good location opposite a largish suburban park. The room was lovely and very well presented. Everything was clean and in good working order. My only issues with this hotel is the exorbitant additional charges for extras. For example I ordered room service (continental) and I was charged €6 delivery fee for a €20 breakfast which I would say at best was average. No spoons were provided for cereal, fruit and yogurt and no tea spoon (perhaps I was expected to use the one in the room! Addis ally the only condiments I was provided for my toast was a pot of tomato ketchup, a pot of mayonnaise and a pot of honey (thank goodness). For €20 you would expect a reasonable breakfast from Hilton. The hotel does not provide password protected WIFI which I think is very poor especially when travelling. I was offered “premium” password protected WIFI for €12.50 per day. And finally I checked out on 1 October and I finally received my room deposit refund today 6 October. Apparently this was due to a technical hitch! Would I stay here again, probably not. The room was perfect but the Hilton service and extras were way off the pace compared to other hotels I have stayed at recently. Disappointing!"
