Excellent location & wonderful facilities. Friendly staff! The hotel WiFi system didn't work properly during my week long stay and I had to ask the front desk to activate the WiFi for me every day, sometimes twice a day.

Expect it as a hotel for smokers!

Over all it was ok. But when you advertise as a non smoker hotel, with only specific places to smoke and tickets if you brake it - then it is not approved. When you arrive to the reception, you have to pass through the smoking area, where people sits with ash trades all over. We came late and have to wait 20 minutes to check in. When we checked in, one of our rooms smelled a lot of smoking. It seems that cleaning personnel or like have smoked there or at the balcony. We told it to reception and they just lift their shoulders, as it was normal. We tried to open up the door to the balcony, but had to close it again, as smoke from the smoking area downsite came up and in. At breakfast we were more than surprised to see, that almost 70.% of the tables was with smokers. The girl served us took us to the table with distance to smokers and took the roof up, so smoke could go out, but also sun to get in. I’m trying to be reasonable, but it’s not ok -/ so please remove all you have written about being a non smoker hotel. It isn’t fair!

Otel gayet yeterli. Tek negatif yanı simsiyah boyanmış banyo :)) Zaten ufak, iyice kasvetli hale gelmiş. Onun dışında personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı yeterli. Otopark var yazıyor ama araçlar otelin önünde kaldırımda duruyordu. Lokasyonu da çok iyi.

Oda temiz ve konforluydu, oda genişliği, banyo, balkon vs. oldukça iyiydi. Girişte gayet güzel karşılandık. Hiçbir problem yaşamadan konakladık. Kahvaltısı tatmin edici ve güzeldi. Minik bir kusur olarak banyodan hafif bir koku geliyordu çok rahatsız edici değildi. Bunun haricinde oldukça memnun kaldık. Temiz ve konforluydu.

2 gece konakladık eşimle, gayet memnun kaldık kahvaltısı çok yeterliydi. Tüm personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Temizlik konusunda hiç sıkıntı yoktu. Yeni bir otel zaten. Standart odaları biraz küçük sadece. Ama gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir. Spa hamam fitness olanakları da mevcut. Lokasyon olarak merkeze her yere çok yakın. Tavsiye edilir👍

Karşılama ile başlayan otel giriş işlemleri çok hızlı yapıldı.Aracımız otel önüne parka alındı.Oda oldukça konforlu , banyo bölümü oldukça büyüktü. Balkon olması sigara içilmesi açısından artı bir özellikti.Konaklamanın en can alıcı tarafı ise ;masaya servis edilen yeterli ve taze kahvaltı harikaydı.Kuğulu/ Tunalı ya 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde ki otel oldukça temiz ve personeli güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.Herşey için tekrar teşekkürler.

Hotel iç dekoru harika , mobilyalar yeni, kahvaltı çok güzel, hizmet güzel, Bölgedi hotellere kıyaslamfiyatın üstünde bir performans kesinlikle. Her şey çok güzeldi ama Havalandırmadan hafif sigara kokusu geldi, mayıs ayında gittiğim için pencere açık uyıya bildim. Kendi otoparkları yol vale ile kompanse ediyorlar
