Central - safe - wonderful hotel

A very nice hotel - placed very central. The security is in top - safety for the guests has obviously top priority. Our room was very nice and clean. The breakfast were excellent and comprises many Turkish specialities. We will definitely choose this Hotel again.

All the channels are in Turkish, you cannot stream Netflix. I ordered tenderloin steak plate. It came rare cooked so I asked for medium. It came back burnt. I didn’t complain. I just ate it. It was late and I was tired. It is a nice hotel but it’s a bit old. It’s clean the the sauna and steam rooms are good.

This is a four star hotel with a five star personnel. This was my second time staying here and I will keep coming back. Also it is very clean and centrally located. They also have a new spa at the hotel where you can get personal treatments.

I booked the room for my wife for two nights. Despite the reservation, she didn’t stay any of the nights due to the strong and lingering cigarette smell. Luckily, she has friends in the area and ultimately stayed with them. She pretty much used the room just to leave her stuff. Will never book here again.

Please note that due to condition beyond our Control, our stay at the Holiday Inn Ankara - Kavaklidere Hotel was interrupted due to Contacting COVID-19 and had to to return to US on 12/3/2023 seeking Medical Help, can you please help us with the refund for the unused portion of our stay 12/12 through 12/17 2023. in the nighttime, the bathroom roof was leaking and I called the reception and I tell them you guys can you change the room for me and he said we cannot because the rooms is full and also I paid for breakfast for two people two people and when I come back around like 10 o’clock, and I asked them about the breakfast he say you cannot you have to pay extra for breakfast

Dirty carpets and not very clean

This is second hotel I stayed in Ankara recently, because I wanted to be close to this locality near Tunali Hilmi street for few days. However I don’t think quality of this hotel qualify for 4 star. More like 2 star. Location perspective it was good restaurants etc….however when you enter inside the hotel it smells like a cheap parfumerie to hide the smells from old and dirty carpets. Carpets In rooms were also very dirty and didn’t smell clean. Bathroom was clean and well kept. There were no robes for a 4 star hotel … well we were in Metropolitan hotel right before moving to this hotel so our expectations and cleanliness and amazing customer service that we received there definitely compared in this Holiday in. If you don’t have to be in this location I don’t recommend holiday inn, for this price you have better and cleaner options in Ankara.

Karşılamadan uğurlamaya personel nezaketi ve kolaylaştırıcılığı üst düzeydi. Suit oda çok ama çok güzeldi.
