Good hotel that needs some update

Staff and service is very good, it's clear that it's a 5 star hotel in that aspect. They make you feel comfortable. Rooms are big enough, but some amenities need renovation. For example, TVs, air conditioning control system, or plugs are old. Area is nice as you have next to you a mall and lots of restaurant options, however, this also can make the area litte bit noisy, specially on weekends.

Unsafe hotel !!!!

This hotel is not a safe hotel , as the housekeeping when I was in breakfast ; although I put DONT DISTURB SIGN on the door ; he picked up money from my wallet . I informed manager , but did nothing . Very unresponsive manager !!!!!

İki oda kiraladık ve genel olarak ben de misafirim de otelden gayet memnun kaldık. Kahvaltının da ortalamanın üzerinde olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Tüm çalışanlar gayet naziktiler. Bir sonraki iş seyahatimde aynı oteli kullanmayı düşünüyorum. Görebildiğim tek sorun ütü kablosu kopuktu. Bu tür gerekli kontrolleri yapabilirlerse çok iyi olur.
