"Unfortunately, the heat was off in the hotel and it was very cold. They did bring us a heater however it blew the breaker. The TV also was unable to work. Couldn’t watch a movie and the cable would not come in clear. The TV repair man did come, but he also couldn’t fix it. Just unfortunate. Nothing was done about any of it. Parking was very hard to get to, but the valet was nice not cheap tho 85$ plus "

The parking situation was also misleading. The hotel advertises free parking, but it is actually first come, first served, with only about 20 spots for about 200 rooms. Since no spots were available, we had to pay $60 for 12 hours of parking in sandman hotel, next to them. "

I was traveling alone with three children and a dog and the valet staff kindly helped bring our belongings to the room and look after our vehicle during check-in. The cleaning staff made several attempts to refresh the room with clean towels etc while we were out * about which demonstrated excellent customer service. "
