The hotel was very comfortable and met all our expectations. Staff and housekeepers are very friendly, helpful and polite. Great family hotel, parking lot is well lit at night abs parking is very easy to find late at night. Location is great, nearby University and their shuttle service to Ann Arbor is the cherry on top! Hotel room was clean and staff was very helpful. Room felt a bit like a dorm (but that is completely understandable given its closeness to the University of Michigan). Continental breakfast was very basic compared to other hotels.
