All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs.

Suzi Q is the perfect summer beach house. We are 200m from the surf patrolled beach Birubi Beach that has a large park, BBQ facilities, toilets and skate park. The beach has something for everyone from exploring the rock pools, surf breaks, long walks (32km long beach) and is dog friendly all day round.

Watch the sunset over the water at one of the only west facing beaches on the east coast with its large sweeping sand dunes. At the end of the day the house is the perfect spot to relax and and enjoy a barbecue with your friends/family.

The backyard is 100% lockable and completely fenced, it kept our two small dogs inside it for many years. Large driveway/garage that will fit multiple cars. There is a foot path out the front of the house to beach so the kids can ride their bikes and this links to the cycle path that runs up to the surf club or to the Iris Moore rock pools.
