The carpet on the 3rd floor was not vaccuumed until the day before we left. There was a qtip, medicine vial and safety pin in the hallway the entire time

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. The hotel staff cancelled my reservation without warning and without notifying me or Expedia. They cancelled it 3 days prior to my arrival. Although my confirmation still said booked and active on the app. Expedia knew nothing about the cancellation. When I arrived at the hotel, after my 4 hour flight, the staff said they could not do anything for me and that I should find another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless you like gambling your accommodations. After an investigation, Expedia has refunded my money. The lack of accountability this hotel had should be a case study. I personally called the property once I returned home and spoke to different staff on separate instances to find out why my reservation was cancelled by the hotel and they and blamed it on Expedia. I received different answers from different hotel staff. By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in quite a while.

Loved Hannah at the bar. The room was a very fair value. We were disappointed that we had to wait an hour and a half past check-in for the room to be ready. That was kind of a bummer but would stay there again.

New property. Very nice. Room furnishings unique design. I liked the under shelf lighting next to TV. Lots of plugs and port connections. Shower had foot support. A bit narrow for any average sized man, so if you have broad shoulders or a wide girth, you will have some trouble moving about in the shower. Most ppl will hit their elbows. Yet good counter space. "Closet" was a square hanging area design. Useful and unique.

EVERYTHING WAS SO NICE AND THE PROPERTY WAS MANICURIED VERY WELL THE COFFEE WAS DELICIOUS THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE, THE SHOWER MADE ME LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT BUT I GOT IT TO WORK (LOL). This is our third stay at this hotel; convenient when visiting friends. Always clean but I have a few requests: 1. Improve the availability of hot water in the shower (room 305); 2. Clean the bathrooms and refresh the towels and wash cloths daily; 3. Monitor the parking lot for tenants who need to park in an overflow instead of the parking spots close to the entry doors. Other than that, everything was good and why we are repeat customers.

For such a new hotel I was surprised the rooms already looked very used… even drywall had mistakes in the room and grout in the bathroom was falling off.. plus I hated the fact that at night the bright led lights or parking lot lights shined on our windows so it wasn’t dark in the room. Also no complementary breakfast was also a bummer..

Friendly staff. Room was clean. I liked that it was close to gas stations, Walmart, and restaurants. The blinds blacked out the whole room which was nice. Also a very quiet location.
