"The first room we had was in the 4000 building on the upper level, and the bathroom floor filled with water everytime we took a shower. Maintenance came three times in 2 days, but we could not deal with the sewage smell everytime we entered the room. After telling the receptionist we didn't want maintenance again she moved us to the 3000 building. The room was considered an "upgraded room," but it looked exactly like our previous room, just without the leaks and smell. All of the restaurants...

The staff are so friendly and helpful, food and atmosphere were pretty decent too. The hourly shuttle service to the main centre was also a bonus. The hotel has a partner taxi company it works with who give tours and great recommendations for places to eat out.
