"The front desk staff was amazing helping me to ewnauee we had ajoining rooms once we were checking in. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were great as we had a situation where our two year old locked himself in one of the ajouning rooms and the door was padlocked and security locked. The maintenance man came back in and got our terrified grandson out. Everyone was wonderful in this scary situation."
