"Very impressed with the breakfast spread. Room was very clean , staff was extremely kind and helpful with any issue. Only complaint is the toilet is too close to the sink therefore it’s harder to get up and use "

"Upon check in I inspected the room and noted there to be a large dead centipede, cigarette that had been ashes on the couch and copious amount of ashes underneath the cushion. The other chair was dusty and covered in a dried down substance stain. I was told upon checking that the water need to be ran for a bit due to maintenance today. The toilet water was brown and very slow to flush, this did not change over my 1 night stay no matter how many times I flushed. The tap water was light grey yellow in colour and not clear at all, sink also being incredibly slow to drain. The shower and tap water did NOT get HOT, not even remotely warm. The room itself overall was completely dated and musty smelling. I called to report the above and front desk advised “I will send someone or I will call you back to fix this”. Nobody came and no call back. At checkout I was advised that guest manager was away for 15 min and would follow up with me shortly, he did not arrive while I was waiting for my shuttle and I was then advised I would receive a call shortly. It has been 6 hours since then, and nothing. I do not recommend staying here at all."

"Our stay was overall excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and certainly seemed to enjoy the job. The included hot breakfast was great, well done and delicious. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The only drawback was the renovations the hotel was undergoing during our stay. Although it didn't really interfere with much it just took away from the overall appearance. "

"Staff was great (female working 1st April was great at 1pm) the gentlemen in breakfast area helped me make a waffle was a lovely person! Appreciated all the nice friendly staff! Room was perfect !"

"Was great at best Western. One thing that surprised me was I didn't need to have a deposit? Never stayed where they didn't require that. Definitely a bonus. I was explained by front desk why and made alot of sense. "

"Have stayed a couple times and both have been lovely. Staff is beyond friendly. Pool does tend to run cold would be my only complaint. "
