"We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location is perfect - lots of restaurants downstairs, good location on the edge of the old town, parking very close and convenient and a supermarket around the corner.The apartment was very clean and instructions for arrival and our stay were clear and well communicated.It's worth noting that the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs. That's the price of being in the centre of things, and we knew that when we booked. It would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.We'd definitely recommend the apartment, as long as you're happy to get a bit of exercise."

"Everything was perfect except room facing street was very noisy on Sunday night not sure if it was truck noise/delivery or garbage pick up people were talking out loud past 2 am . Even with earplugs was little uncomfortable. Room is clean but basic . Lobby is very cute and staff are happy and helpful. Fresh grapefruit flavoured water was refreshing on arrival. Breakfast was decent (boiled eggs + some fruits , bread n cheese , jam ) I would return but would ask for a room facing river not street "

"Great room! FYI we paid for the lake view, but discovered it's pretty much hidden by giant trees in the park between the hotel and lake. It didn't end up being a big issue as the view of the park and mountains was still lovely. Location was perfect. Gym was very, very small. "

"Excellent hotel. Nice spacious room, clean, good wifi and very close to everything like the lake, the old town. Plenty of restaurants around, great bakery at the corner. The staff at the reception are very friendly and ready to help. We enjoy our stay"
