Child friendly, modern, beautiful resort "SWISSPEAK Resorts Zinal", built in 2018. 6 houses in the resort. 93 apartments in the residence. In the centre of Zinal, in a quiet position, 300 m from the skiing area, 30 m from the river. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, lounge, WiFi, playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra), public parking 300 m. Grocery 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 50 m, bakery 200 m, bus stop "Zinal Centre" 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km, tennis 8 km, minigolf 650 m, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane, cable car, skisport facilities, ski rental 300 m, ski school, children's ski school 300 m, sled run 150 m, cross country ski track 150 m, ice rink 50 m. Nearby attractions: Indoor Park Grimentz 8 km, Moulin de St-Luc 12 km, Barrage de Moiry 17 km, Observatoire François-Xavier Bagnoud 18 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grimentz-Zinal 300 m, St-Luc 14 km, Crans-Montana 40 km. Hiking paths: Zinal 100 m, Grimentz 8 km, Vallon de Réchy 20 km. Please note: suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The photo is just an example. The residence has a limited number of garage and outdoor parking spaces. The garage spaces are not monitored and have no gate. Additional public parking is available within walking distance of the resort.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Parquet floors. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. A little disappointing

Good: Clean, nice design and showers. Bad: You have to pay even for toilet paper! They do not provide enough in their "welcome package" and then you have to pay extra for every little thing you ask. That really upset me as the place is expensive and the owners could be more reasonable, especially for the basic stuff that you get in every apartment (like toilet paper). In addition it is actually smaller than what it looks in the pictures, and the Internet connection is bad.

Fantastic stay in Zinal

I strongly recommend the Swisspeak, it is a beautiful and exceptionally well maintained structure, with professional and empathetic support from the reception desk and incredible mountain area. We will be back!

Sehr schönes Resort, schön stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnungen, alles da was das Herz begehrt. Sehr sauber. Betten etwas hart für unser empfinden, Sofa durch das immer wieder umbauen so langsam durchgessesen, aber voll funktionstüchtig. Mga +++ Betten alle bezogen und Handtücher da. Das Fehlende, gab es im Supermarkt.

Un accueil chaleureux et efficace à la réception, des appartements pratiques avec une literie confortable, une situation parfaite à deux pas des cabines… c’était un séjour agréable. Il manque peut être, pour le printemps, un balcon pour se reposer après le ski. Le seul bémol pour moi: la communication internet avec un site de réservation impersonnel. C’était dans le cas présent tellement plus simple et appréciable de communiquer avec la personne de la réception directement.

Appartement spacieux et bien pensé. Lits de bonne qualité et cadre plutôt calme. On évite en effet l'entassement et tout est fait pour limiter le bruit: bonne isolation et conception des appartements intelligente. Accueil agréable.
