"THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!!! We contacted Theodor who said to let the water run for 15 minutes, but after 2 hours it was still freezing cold! We messaged the Property Manager thru hotels.com and NO RESPONSE. While this apartment is very clean, small, and modern with accurate pictures, Make sure they have Hot water before staying here ! "The place was very very nice and easy to find! Very close to a trolley/bus stop so moving around was convenient. Not so much in town so there was peace and quiet, but it only takes a few bus stops to get into town!"

"This is a small studio near the metro and a lot of small markets. The owner is super responsive and gave recommendations. The A/C is a godsend. The blackout shades are great for jetlag recovery.
