"The staff Team members at the reception was very helpful. The hotel is adjacent to the subway station so it was manageable to go around the city. The airport bus had a stop almost at the door of the hotel. There us a close by stop to come or to go to the airport. The hotel has been recently built, the room vontent was in very good condition and clean. Thank you for providing an enjoyable and friendly experience."

"Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. The city view looking South is incredible and worth it. There are several restaurants and bars within the hotel and it seems like a popular place, especially on the weekends."

"Great location, with City Hall Station nearby, as well as Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market about 15 minutes away on foot. Room was spacious and clean. Towels get changed frequently, and the room has a refrigerator, which gets stocked with bottled water daily. There is a WowPass machine on the ground floor, so you can either buy a WowPass or top it up. There are also washing machines and dryers on site. Wonderful place to stay as a base in Seoul."
