"The unit was right above the bar and other entertainment common areas. It was loud till around 22:00. The hotel animator was loud and overdone. Other than that, the ocean front was very shallow on the entire beach. Good for kids. Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable. "< 5 stars : - food choices were basic / often ran out early of popular choices - some staff appeared annoyed to deal with someone English speaking - maybe create a separate coffee station because often staff cannot serve or notice everyone; weekends when local families come led to a larger staff to client ratio so I just didn't bother waiting to be served - lack of shaded seat options at the beach; beach not great for people who enjoy swimming > 3 stars - quiet and pretty beach or ocean facing suites - nice concierge for day trips albeit options limited - front desk did their best to accommodate English speaking guest - good drinks at the beach hut Overall a decent place to stay. Mostly courteous enough, mostly enough of everything. Glad they had a vending machine."
