"Lovely hotel, staff are extremely efficient, beautiful l’occitane toileries, excellent comfortable bed. The negatives. If you enjoy tv and want to just switch on this is a nightmare. It is basically a computer and we were unable to get to watch. Had problem with noise from downstairs but staff were quick to rectify. Would I return? No. I like a bit telly when away from home so for that reason alone I would not return. Pity because hotel is quite central for most things."

"We had a fabulous time at the Fairmont. It is a number of years since our last visit. The staff, service and the attention to detail was excellent. We had a lovely evening meal at the clubhouse and the staff were amazing, professional yet welcoming and friendly. The same at breakfast, food was good with a large selection and helpful staff. We have already booked to come back for another visit."

"Pretty converted cottage with great view from terrace.The space around the double bed downstairs is very narrow indeed.The upstairs bedroom at the top of stairs has a very low ceiling, wouldn't do for very tall folk.Otherwise everything was in very good condition and we had a restful stay."
