Booked superior double room and there was barely room to walk around the bed! Room was very compact! Positives there was always someone at reception day and night! Rooms were safe and it was in quiet location convenient to walking around the old town!

Hotel is located in walking distance to literally all attractions in the old town area. Vibe outside is great. Great restaurants and vibrant street in the vicinity. Staff are so nice and super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good for 3 euros and the stunning view!

Very well handled

It was very well handled from the beginning to the end and I witnessed some new decorations being put up, which all are very neat and beautiful, I'm impressed. I even had a view which I didn't expect at all considering the price. In Turkey I'm not expecting much, but this hotel surpassed all my dreams, I had a wonderful, comfortable and very safe stay, felt like I can be barefoot in the shower at last, the water was properly hot and everything was labeled so no question of how long it takes for the water to warm up, is there warm water in the sink and so on. One side note - no laundry in the winter time available, but there are great laundry services in the city.

Pros : The location is excellent. The price is value for money. The rooftop offers stunning views during breakfast. Staffs are helpful. Air conditioned. Cons : Cleanliness as the bed linen and towel has stains and not pure white as it should be.Smell in the bathroom. TV not working.Room a bit tiny. Noise from the mosque nearby.

Had the most fantastic stay at Hotel Twenty. Absolutely loved it, the staff were so kind and showed us around. Check in was very smooth and it has a beautiful terrace at the top where you can have breakfast or chill out. The room size was sufficient and great value for what we paid and would highly recommend a stay here. Although there are no lifts in the hotel, we had no issues getting up. The location is just perfect and there are lots of shops and restaurants/cafes scattered around the hotel area. Thank you once again to the amazing staff

Be aware of stairs, noisey neighbourhood

No lift to hotel is located 3rd floor( 40 stairs). Too many steps down to room, and up to the bathroom. If you have problems with steps... Air-conditioner didn't work, raining and cold in December.... Lucky hotel has hot water shower but shower door hard to close, water splashed outside was very dangerous, slippery. Make sure you placed towels outside shower and outside the bathroom so you dont hurt yourself. No free water. Didn't have breakfast. Location is handy but night club and Karaoke were so loud hard to sleep. Like listening next door.

A éviter

Bien situé c’est sûrement le seul point fort. Il n’y a pas de couverture, les murs sont très fins. L’hôtel reste ouvert toute la nuit mais sans présence d’un réceptionniste. De nombreux clients bruyants ont squatté les couloirs toute une nuit. Aucun personnel pour stopper la situation.
