My experience at Lexia Hotel was unfortunately disappointing and led me to shorten my stay by four days.
Upon arrival, my first room had visible water damage. I was moved to a second room, but it had a strong and persistent cigarette smoke smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. Despite the room change, the issue was not resolved, which ultimately led me to relocate to another hotel.
On a positive note, the restaurant staff were kind and welcoming, and a front desk staff member was helpful in assisting me with my lost luggage, which I appreciated.
Overall, while there were some bright spots in service, the condition of the rooms did not meet expectations, and I would recommend improvements in room quality and odor control.
