My experience at Lexia Hotel was unfortunately disappointing and led me to shorten my stay by four days. Upon arrival, my first room had visible water damage. I was moved to a second room, but it had a strong and persistent cigarette smoke smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. Despite the room change, the issue was not resolved, which ultimately led me to relocate to another hotel. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were kind and welcoming, and a front desk staff member was helpful in assisting me with my lost luggage, which I appreciated. Overall, while there were some bright spots in service, the condition of the rooms did not meet expectations, and I would recommend improvements in room quality and odor control.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It is very clean with lovely decor throughout. The breakfast is served at your table. It includes eggs of your choice; mixed meats & cheeses, salad and fruit and vatiety of breads. Its sad there is an additional charge for fruit juice but coffee and tea is plentiful. All very healthy. I stayed in an economy room with twin beds. It was quite small but bedding was changed regularly and pillows were lovely. Unfortunately there was only a very small hanging rail for clothes which was not really sufficient. The bathroom was well equipped even including an emery board and ear buds. A coffee machine and tea & coffee supplied. There was a tv but unfortunately no access to Netflix so was not able to watch anything in English. The pool is not heated but undercover. The gym is well equipped. Overall Lexia Hotel is very good value for money and I will be returning very soon.
