Breakfast was fantastic and the ordering process was straightforward. The staff were great and attentive. The pool area was peaceful and clean. The room was smaller than expected but it was clean and fully stocked. Negative: Wifi was not working in our room during our stay, but it did work in the breakfast area. - Dog lying in the lobby area

This beautiful hotel is very nice place to stay Staff are so so nice and very friendly , super clean and breakfast is very good too I left my travel bag at lobby when l was getting ready to go airport , the young man was working at night shift , l don’t know his name , very very Nice guy , he called us and helped me to get my bag , beautiful people and l loved the room by pool , me and my family had very memorable time in there Thanks

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. On the day of our checkout we were over an hour late for breakfast yet they still brought us food. I would 100% recommend the hotel.

The place to stay.

A great welcome , beautiful room. Excellent breakfast. Had dinner twice out of 4 nights. Very good chef and good wines easy parking. Definitely going to come back.

Lovely hotel, perfect for our mini break. Exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, all served to you not a buffet style. Pool was refreshing but a little cold for the winter months. During our stay they had some refurbishment, all the staff were apologetic about the noise and brought us a fruit platter to the room to compensate. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service

New hotel, very friendly staff and very good service. The rooms are very clean and tidy. the room with access to the pool is very nice, but it lacks a little fresh air. We came here for one night, and we stayed one more night. Staff was very kind especially the manager, he offered us complementary breakfast and did extra miles getting us gluten free bread.

Superb Hotel

A really good hotel. Great location, exceptionally clean, very caring and efficient staff. One criticism that prevented me giving 5 stars across the board. There is very little clothes storage space in the rooms. Rooms are built with design in mind rather than with practical storage space. But don't let that put you off it really is a great hotel.

We spent 7 wonderful days at Lexia hotel in deluxe suite 131. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was served to you once ordered. We loved it. The best omlette & scrambled eggs "so healthy". The modern decor and attention to detail was amazing. The sensor toilet was definitely an experience. Wow. Our room was cleaned and freshened everyday, clean soft towels. Fresh water bottle replaced daily. There is a minibar with a variety of drinks in our room. We didnt use this though. However it is handy if needed. A kettle and coffee machine was provided too which we did use. The shower, bath, bed etc was of a very high standard. Loved it. We used the small gym a few times in the hotel which was sufficient for us to do a good workout. To all Lexia staff we thankyou for such a wonderful stay. You are all amazing. xxx

They will only help if you tip no less than $3-5. In other words, tip is more of a requirement than courtesy. I tipped multiple times, however it’s not fair to have to tip when I ask for an extra pillow after my surgery. I even told them I had a surgery and I need an extra pillow to keep my head elevated yet they ignored me. I am returning to the city to finish the medical work I went there for. But I am not returning to this place. PS there is a nightclub right outside and I couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était d’une propreté irréprochable et l’endroit est vraiment très classe. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, un vrai régal pour bien commencer la journée. Seul petit bémol : la piscine, qui est climatisée, avait une eau un peu trop fraîche à notre goût. Dommage, car le cadre donne vraiment envie d’en profiter davantage. Dans l’ensemble, je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !
