The rooms in the photos are different and not real. Breakfast was too weak, even no coffee at all. It is not really close to the old city. The walls are so thin and you can hear the next door easily. The room was not really clean and furniture was crumbling. I wouldn't recommend.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend! I recently stayed here with my family, including two young children, and it was absolutely horrifying. The room was disgusting, especially the carpets which clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. To make matters worse, the bins weren’t emptied, and I found filthy condoms and condom packs in the room. It’s appalling that a place like this is allowed to operate. The bathroom was also in a terrible state – filthy and unkempt. The staff were incredibly rude, and I wasn’t even informed about the breakfast arrangements. This hotel should not be open to the public, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I wouldn’t even give it a single star. Avoid at all costs!

Satışa sunulan oda dışında konaklatıldım. Double oda seçmiştim, beni tek yataklı, dar, havasız, fön makinesi çalışmayan odaya gönderdiler. Taziye için geldiğimden itiraz etmedim.

Odalarda böcek ve tahta kuruları vardı. Hijyen çok kötüydü. Videolarını çektik ve arkadaşımın suratında böcek ısırıkları vardı. Aklı olan bu oteli tercih etmez. Gerekli kuruluşlara şikayet ettik. İnsan sağlığını bu kadar hiçe sayamazsınız!

Oda ve otel temizlik açısından sıfır puan temizlikle ilgili tüm personelin eğitimden geçmesi gerekli gerçi eğitim ne kadar yeterli olur bilinmez insanın içinden gelmeli insan önce kendine değer vermeli yaptığı işin hakkını vermeli toplum olarak vurdum duymazlık had safha olmuş otelin imkanları çok daha güzel değerlendirilebilir tabiki her şey tek taraflı değildir çalışanlarında imkanları doğrultusunda her şey çok daha güzel olabilir yinede alabildiğimiz hizmet oranınca teşekkür ederiz.

Mecburiyetten bile kalınmayacak bir otel. Asla temiz değil çarşaflar yatak havlular….çarşaflarda kıl tüy hepsi vardı yıkanmamış gibiydi havlularda lekeler vardı.odanın saatlerce havalandırılmasına rağmen kokusu geçmedi. kahvaltı dedikleri şey kahvaltı bile değildi peynir çay bozuk karpuz hazır patates kızartması…çatal kaşıklar bile çok kirliydi özensiz ve hizmeti kötü bir otel.

Berbat
