Best hotel !!! The rooms are modern, spotless, and well-designed, which makes you feel at home right away. The staff are always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. The location is very convenient, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. Breakfast and overall service are excellent, definitely above expectations. A hotel I would happily come back to and recommend to others.

The garden was beautiful and breakfast was great. From the outside it may not look like it but the hotel was actually great and staff was very nice. Hammam, spa, sauna all are clean and great.

The highest performance of a hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The cleanliness was super the breakfast very diverse they have FREE parking it was 5 min. Walk from the city center and Kaleiçi . The staff provided the best service ı have ever received !! My biggest luck in Antalya was choosing this hotel thank you team good work !!!!

The property, located in old town, is a great budget hotel. Very clean, good breakfast spread and very helpful staff. It is also near good restaurants. The only downside is parking will be a challenge. But overall, a nice boutique hotel in Antalya’s Old Town.

A Gem of a Hotel

First visit to Antayla area, had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Mai Inci. Beautifully maintained and great location near the marina and Old Town. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was self service continental style, plenty of choice and delicious. They have Spa at the hotel, had one of the best Turkish bath and massage thoroughly recommend. As a Solo traveller it was an ideal relaxing boutique hotel. would return.

Great atmosphere inside the hotel, with excellent services. Fantastic place to stay for taking in Antalya for a few nights. I enjoyed the spa and breakfast included. The staff are all welcoming and ready to assist.

The room I booked was not available and was only informed after we were shown hotel room (after check-in). Were then told the room we booked would not be available for 3 days and expected us to share one double bed instead of the twin beds booked. Not sure who the issue falls too but neither the hotel or Expedia contacted before arriving that there was an issue with the booking

Excellent stay!

We had a really excellent stay. The staff are very helpful; anything we needed, they provided in record time! They helped us order takeout to the hotel when we got in very late one evening. Breakfast is delicious with a good range. The hotel is perfectly situated for both the old town and the shopping district/MarkAntalya. There are some really lovely cafes and shops in the area. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel and incredibly helpful gentlemen on reception. Really close to Antalya's Old Town and transport links (buses/trams) Breakfast was amazing too! And you get free spa access for up to 45 minutes, which - when you've spent the last 10 days hiking the Lycian Way - is a very welcome bonus!

This is a newish property and really nice. I was happy to have stayed here. My room was small but I booked for a new year stay at the last minute and got the last room. The bathroom was in excellent condition and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was excellent, better than most hotels. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best Hamam and Massage in Antalya

The hotel was clearly best kept building neighborhood very close to coast and old town. The Spa with Hamam and Massage was outstanding for talent of my masseur was as good as it gets. Choice of woman or man masseur.

Hard to get to, but a great value and service!

The only disappointment in this hotel is the breakfast. There was a lot on offer but, the food overall needs improvement. The hotel is boutique and quite nice and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, and the entire place was impeccably clean. The surroundings were also very nice, adding to the overall pleasant experience. However, it would have been helpful if they had informed us about the room layouts. Our room had no windows, making it difficult to distinguish between day and night. Overall, a good stay but better communication about room features is needed.

Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. 5 min walk from sea marina, trams and buses. Hadrian Gate is within 15 min walk. Trams use contact card payments. We came in December off peak tourist season, weather cancelled be v cloudy and lots of rain but we had fantastic weather, lots of sunshine! We were in the basement, the room was a good standard. We were out most of the day, so not having a window was not a big problem for us. Breakfast is very good, clean and fresh food, with a good selection of items, staff provide a homely feel.The reception has a staff 24 hours. Thank you very much for your service.

The staff are amazing and have gone out of their way and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Arranged transport for us free of charge when we couldn’t, provided information on excursions and suggestions for any questions, very informative , arranged order in food as take away when the weather was terrible one night, helped in all the little things that mattered whenever they were able to. Family run hotel that is close walking distance to the main town and very safe ! I would definitely come back to Antalya just for this hotel. They accommodated all our needs and beyond. Cannot express my gratitude towards to mai Inci. Good breakfast options and clean bedrooms !

The property overall seems lovely. BUT, the economy room is in the basement. Looking back through the hotel pictures at the renovated room, if I am scrutinizing the photos carefully, there is no window in the photos! The room is as "wow" in the photos, but be careful booking this if a window is important to you. I asked for an upgrade (which I would be happy to pay for) but the hotel was full. The basement economy room smells of septic, but if the bathroom door is closed it's better. There's also no ventilation or climate controls. The "soundproofed rooms" advertised don't apply down here: there was banging, slamming doors and and even people talking was clear and loud until midnight. Perhaps the biggest annoyance was the excuse we've heard before in Turkey, "but you booked an economy room and it's 4x as much in High Season". I'm not sure how that's even relevant. Our other bookings have had windows! When something is lacking in an accommodation, this is what we're told. We booked here for the parking and proximity to the old city, which is great. The bed is comfortable, tea in the room and good WIFI.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Ekip olarak konakladık. Kurumsal bir seyahatti fakat bundan sonra Antalya için her zaman ilk tercihim olacak. A’dan z’ye çok memnun kaldık, personelin misafirperverliği , sürekli güler yüzlü ve hoş sohbet olmaları bizi çok etkiledi, fiziki değerlendirmelere gelecek olursak, çok tatlı bir otel, bahçesi de şehrin içinde ama, dışında hissi veriyor ve bu bahçede her zaman taze çay kahve ikramı var. Kahvaltı da çok güzeldi, taze anne ikramlıkları harikaydı. Kısa bir masaj yaptırma fırsatımız da oldu, o da güzeldi. Bir çok imkan sağlayıp hepsinin de hakkını veren bir işletme kısacası. İşini titizlikle yapan , hedefi para değil de sadece insan kazanmak olan son esnaflardan . Tebrik ederim. Bundan sonra Antalya’da her zaman ilk adresimiz Mai İnci.
