Super little hotel with pool

Lovely tidy little hotel just south of the city. She’s an old girl but very comfortable - the swimming pool is a nice touch after a long day! The guys that work there were very friendly and helpful despite the language barriers, very grateful to them for everything!

Nice hotel near the city center

Nice hotel near the city center. It was very good choice for us, because we needed a one night stay before flight. There was everything we needed (air condition, clean room, comfortable bed and breakfast). And the price was very good. Special thanks to the staff, they are helpful and friendly, and also we ordered a transfer to the airport from them, thanks :)

The hotel was based in a good location. All the shops were on the one road and the tram was near by if we need to go anywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful and took care of us. The room was standard and good internet coverage. Breakfast by the pool was really nice. I do recommend this hotel for anyone going.

Very nice reception and room care staff. The triple room was small but comfortable. The room is clean but could use some care in the bathroom. The towel rack hook was coming off. Beth other than that all was good.

Nice quiet hotel

Staff very friendly and helpful, everyone was always smiling and welcoming. The only issue was very slow, sometimes not working WI-FI. Overall everything was good, swimming pool nice and perfect size. Lovely, quiet hotel exactly what I like. Close to the market if shopping needed. Buses and trains also very close, 2 minutes walk to catch the transport. Very important, we got everywhere with them buses.

A quaint wee hotel about 20 minutes from Hadrian's gate. Located in a residential area of Antalya. Breakfast was fine with a typical Turkish selection. Free Turkish tea and coffee in the restaurant throughout the day. If you want normal tea you can bring your own and get hot water in the restaurant. Rooms are basic but comfortable and have a fridge. Staff are lovely. Good for a quiet break.

It was a terrible holiday in Triana Hotel Bad staff, it was a limited buffet and we lost there some affaires so its unsafe, location is very far of the center Cleaning service is very bad at this hotel

A goog place

Everything was very good. The rooms were clean and spascious. Only the bathroom shower cabin would need redecoration. Unfortunalety we were leaving early a nfd we could not get our breakfast. It was not possible to get some packed sandwich.

The location is quite good, related to the airport, Old Town, transportaion. Staff is very friendly and apeak Russian, Tuekish, English (that i know of). Free breakfast choices were very good. Coffee is instant though. Rooms are quite small (picture New York hotels) and bathroom/shower as well. They offer airport transfers that are maybe less than the regular taxi. The hotel offers all the basics you need to spend your time in Antalya. I liked the value for the money.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The hotel is very rundown and not maintained. The staff is very unhelpful. We checked in late as our flight was delayed and the front desk staff behaved as if they were doing us a favor by checking us in. The bathroom had no toiletries (not even soap) and was extremely dirty (mold everywhere).

Absolutely disgusting

The hotel is absolutely in horrible conditions. The hot water does not work unless you keep it open for 10-15 minutes and water in the shower would be stuck there for 10-15 minutes so we couldn’t even take a shower one after the other. Our sink tap was broken and they took off the whole sink and told us to stay like that when I have a baby and need the toilet after getting upset they then given us another room to use the toilet for that night.

For this price the accomodation was good! The bed was quite comfortable, the room was silent so I had a very good sleep there. The breakfast was typical Turkish style - I liked it. Many different kinds of teas available. Very close to the center and only 1min walking away from the bus stop and 2 min away from the tramway. The negative things: It was written at the elevator that towels will be changed only every 3 days. Well, fortunately I was alone in the room and had towels for 2 people. But sad that they also don't empty the trush within those 3 days. The staff there is ok, but somehow it is strange that you as the customer have to great them first before they will great you. But beside of that they were kind.
