  • In a residence on the shores of the Leman Lake 40 mins from Geneva, "feet in the water", a crossing apartment with a view overlooking the lake, not overlooked, with direct access to the beach and the lakeside path.
    Private parking.
    The apartment is 5 minutes drive from the thermal baths of Thonon les Bains.

Tout est parfait, un sentiment de "comme à la maison" des les premières secondes.Bel emplacement pour profiter de toutes les activités de la région (rando, rafting, Mountain Kart...), les pieds dans l'eau du Leman (pas si froid), une paillote très sympathique juste à côté, tous les repas pris sur la terrasse avec vue dégagée, aucun de vis à vis, au calme, parking fermé au pied du logement etc etc...Un seul bémol néanmoins, la qualité de la literie pour mon cas personnel (87 kg) de la chambre principale, composée d'un matelas mais vraiment beaucoup trop mou (mémoire de forme ?). Je suis arrivé sur place avec déjà un mal de dos inhabituel, 7 nuits et 2 séances plus tard chez une excellente chiro de Thonon, ce mal n'a jamais faibli jusqu'à ce que je retrouve par la suite un matelas plus ferme. Mes nuits ont toutes été difficiles. Je suggère un matelas basique mais consensuel type Emma voire Ikea pour les locataires.

Sehr gute Lage besonders im Sommer. Badegelegenheit in glasklarem Wasser an sauberem Strand. (3 Min. Gehzeit). Gute Ausgangslage für Velotouren. Funktionelle, schöne Wohnung. 2. Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Bett an der Wand für Erwachsene nicht opimal, aber tragbar.

Toller Wohnungszuschnitt mit Blick über den See und großzügiger Terrasse. Die Küche beinhaltet ein vollständiges Equipment, so dass man auch problemlos kochen kann. Das Gelände des Wohn komplexes ist mit einer Schranke gesichert, so dass auch derPkw Parkplatz sicher ist. auch ein direkter Zugang zum See ist über den Parkplatz möglich.

Magnifique terrasse

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est propre, clair, bien équipé, et très bien placé. Nous avons pu profiter de l'accès direct au lac et de toutes les commodités à moins de 10 minutes de voiture. Merci à Muriel pour son accueil et sa réactivité. J'enlève une étoile car c'est quand même un peu cher, mais à part le prix, tout est parfait.
