Excellent location near to the child friendly plage de la salis. Beautiful views down to the sea and over to Nice and perfectly situated to explore old Antibes, Cap d’Antibes and Juan Les Pins.

Es ist eine schöne, komplett ausgestattete Wohnung, der Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Eine grosse Terrasse umfasst die Wohnung, mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Der Zugang über eine enge und steile Aussentreppe ist leider gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gibt einen eigenen offenen Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Die Vermieter bewohnen die 1. Etage und sind sehr freundlich. Einen schönen Urlaub!

Avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet appartement. L'accueil très sympathique, l emplacement très proche de la plage au calme, 15 minutes à pied de la vielle ville. L'appartement est très clair avec une belle terrasse donnant sur la baie.

Début septembre, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement. Cet appartement est très lumineux bénéficiant d'une très belle vue sur la baie d'Antibes depuis le séjour mais aussi depuis sa grande terrasse. Nous avons pu apprécier sa situation au calme toute proche de la plage et d'un arrêt de bus (30 mètres à peine) permettant de rejoindre la vieille ville très facilement. Nous tenons également à remercier la propriétaire pour son accueil très sympathique et ses judicieux conseils. C'est une adresse à retenir pour profiter d'Antibes et de ses environs.

We stopped at this apartment for 10 days and really enjoyed the quiet and private location, proximity to the clean sandy beach and security of this place. The owner lives downstairs and is easily contactable. Sabine speaks good English. The apartment has massive outdoor terrace equipped with sun-loungers and table/chairs for slow lunches to pass the time during mid-day heat. The apartment is not luxurious but clean and spacious. There is a local minibus stop 2 min walk that takes you to the centre of Antibes. There are some restaurants nearby. The only downside to the location is that nearest minimarket is good 25 min walk away. We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back.

We had a great time, the apartment is airy and peaceful, with an amazing balcony and fantastic views both to the Cap d'Antibes as well as the little harbour and the sea. It is next to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the city centre. The flat is very comfortable and convenient and supplied with everything we needed. Sabine and Christian are wellcoming and very nice hosts. The parking place is a real bonus. Hope to stay again in this apartment next year.

This nice, spacious apartment is equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It is perfectly located, just 100 meters from a lovely sandy beach (Salis) with private car park. We particularly enjoyed the large terrace with views both to the sea and the Cap. It is just a few minutes walk from nice restaurants and shops. The owners are very kind and helpful. We are looking forward to a return visit and would not hesitate to recommend it.

A perfectly located, nice apartment on a quiet street, beautiful views on both The Cap and the sea, spacious balcony. The apartment met our requirements perfectly. Private car park. Short walk to shops and restaurants, sandy beach just at the end of the street. Very nice, helpful owners. We would love to go back and plan to do so. Recommend! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances. L'accueil est parfait. La propriétaire, absolument charmante, est présente au besoin mais reste pour autant très discrète. La situation de l'appartement (à 2 pas de la plage et à 3 des commerces) a été une vrai plus pour nous. Avec deux enfants en bas âge, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la plage et faire de belles promenades quasiment sans utiliser la voiture de la semaine. Tout cela sans être gênés par le bruit de la ville. L'appartement, très fonctionnel, est agréable avec sa grande terrasse. Conforme à la description du site, il offre tout le confort nécessaire. On a une vue magnifique sur la mer qui ne gâche rien. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation! Merci.

Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances très agréable. L' appartement est tres joli, à deux pas de la mer et 5 minutes a pied des commerces, 20 minutes de la vieille ville, avec une grande terrasse, et une tres belle vue ( la mer, les maisons de la rue et le Cap). Nous avons de plus tout particulièrement apprécié la situation de l'appartement dans un secteur très calme. L' appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Tout est conforme à l''annonce. On recommande vivement cette location d'un tres bon rapport qualité prix. Les propriétairs sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons!

This is a large apartment on the top floor of a building occupied by the owners and situated within minutes of Salis beach near the small harbour at the beginning of the Cap d'Antibes. It has stunning views towards the Bay of Nice and the umbrella pines on the hill with the lighthouse of the Cap. It is simply but comprehensively furnished with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The area is very quiet and with easy access to the town centre by the town shuttle bus the terminus for which is at the harbour. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. It should be noted that access to the apartment is by an external staircase from a second floor balcony.

Les excellentes appréciations déjà formulées sur cette location sont parfaitement justifiées et il est inutile d'en reprendre les détails. Il faut toutefois insister sur le fait que l' appartement est très lumineux et très fonctionnel et qu'il a une vue magnifique, à la fois sur la baie de Nice, mais aussi sur les pins du cap d'Antibes. Situé à quelques dizaines de mètres de l'une des plus belles plages publiques de sable fin de la côte d'Azur, cet appartement a également les avantages du front de mer sans en avoir les inconvénients, en particulier le bruit. Il est enfin parfaitement possible de se passer de véhicule : Antibes est à environ une demi-heure de l'aéroport de Nice par autocar climatisé et, à partir de la gare d'Antibes, reliée par navette fréquente à l'appartement, il est possible de prendre les nombreux trains qui desservent Cannes (10 minutes), Grasse (30 minutes), Nice (20 minutes), Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat, Villefranche (30 minutes), Monaco (45 minutes) ...; la livraison des courses à domicile est également possible (Intermarché dans le centre d'Antibes). L'idéal serait de profiter de cet appartement et des charmes de la côte d'Azur hors saison, mais cela n'est pas toujours possible!

tres belle vue sur la méditerranée: Antibes, Nice terrasse tres agréable: on peut y manger, on peut s'y reposer,.... appartement fonctionnel: cuisine équipée (four, micro onde, lave linge, lave vaisselle, ...), TV, lecteur DVD, chaine hifi appartement spacieux et bien agencé le top du top: on fait tout à pied: la plage à 100m, le vieil antibes à 15 min à pied (avec poussette!!), les commerces à 5/10min, le bus au pied de l'avenue.....bref pas besoin de la voiture pendant les vacances!!
