"Yes well stocked bar, my room 105 shower. Needs attention. Faulty plug in sink fixed immediately. Rooms kept very clean. Very friendly but professional staff esp Manageress. Young staff very pleasant. Dogs are allowed- in bar etc. Godalming has a lot of History. The kind of Hotel to return too."

"The woman sitting at a tiny table with a laptop got every room mixed up, I ended up in a family room with my sibling, my 2 elderly great aunts were put in a double and my great uncle ended up in a single room which was in the attic, she had no idea and obviously gave the rooms to all the wrong people despite me showing her my booking! The whole place smelt damp and was dirty throughout, the beds were disgusting as was everything else, couldn't wait to get out of that horrible old rundown awful 'guest house'"

"Easy check in, spacious rooms with tv in bedroom and lounge, lovely large bathroom with deep bath and walk in shower. Great location however, be mindful that the road is closed as a pedestrian walkway from 0900 but this isn’t a problem as there are parking facilities close by and for me as a blue badge holder there were plenty of spaces close enough. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. "
