Set in a quiet residential area with large private community swimming pool (see note below), spacious pool terrace and shaded gardens. Spectacular views over the Med, Nice, the Alps from large balcony/terrace. Sleeps up to three adults or two adults and two children. (up to 10 years old) Car Parking: Secure underground private garage parking, with lift to the apartment. Visitor car parking spaces inside the gates may also be used. See Note below. Linen and Laundry: All bed linenand towels supplied (but not beach towels or equipment) Facilties in Apartmen: Fibre WiFi - Air conditioning - Large Smart TV ( Netflix, Prime , YouTube, etc. on your own account) - High-pressure shower in bathroom - 2nd toilet in hall- Dishwasher - Washing Machine - Microwave -Toaster - Oven - hob - cooking utensils - lots of tableware. We stayed in Tonny's place for nearly 4 month. This apartment is spacious with nice view from the balcony.There is everything you need incl. 2 toilets , comfy bed and well equiped kitchen.Laurence was easy to communicate with in English and very helpfull.We had no problems with parking, which was greatly appreciated.The centrum is about 20 mins by walk and there are some small grocery and restaurants nearby. We are highly recommending this place and will return in the future if avail.Thanks Tony , we had a really nice stay in your place.
This one bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential block on a small campus of blocks. The apartments are fairly modern, the grounds well maintained. Parking was fine on weekdays and tight at the weekend. Pool looked nice but had no seating around. The apartment itself is owned by a private owner who seems to visit as he has clothes and other items left there. In consequence the apartment is pretty well equipped with kitchen items etc. Two very good boulangeries within easy walking distance. Great view over the Med from the balcony.
Lovely apartment on a quiet part of the outskirts of Antibes. Really felt looked after by Laurence and Tony, in particular big thanks to Laurence for meeting us on arrival well after midnight after our initial flight was cancelled. The apartment is very well equipped, great Aircon and comfortable main bed (although the pull out bed is not so great, best only for children). The highlight is the balcony which is quite spacious with a fantastic view of the sea and up the coast, and well shaded from mid morning, with a large umbrella to provide shade at breakfast. Short walk to a decent Boulangerie and small supermarket. Larger supermarket is about 10 minutes by car.
You are outside the centre of Antibes and have a long walk or bus ride into the centre. We had a car , but be aware driving on the Cote d'Azure is not easy and parking can be tricky in the main centers.
l'appartement est très bien situé avec une belle vue mer et assez éloigné de la Nationale 7 pour ne pas être pertubé par la circulation , le balcon est grand et côté Est avec de très beau levé de soleil , la cuisine est bien équipéeLa remise des clefs par Laurence s'est très bien passéSeul petit inconvénient le bruit des avions certains jours
Die Wohnung war gut, mit super Ausblick. Leider war es nicht sauber, Boden sehr dreckig, auch Geschirr musste nochmal gespült werden. Privatparkplatz, wie in der Beschreibung, war ein Besucherparkplatz, davon gab es nur 2 und sie waren permanent besetzt. Man musste draußen parken. Handtücher nur für 2 Personen. Ansonsten war alles da, aber sehr abgenutzt.
Nous venions voir mes parents qui sont sur Biot et il nous fallait un pied à terre sur Antibes. C'est un endroit parfait et tranquille, à l'écart des foules. L'annonce correspond point pour point à ce que vous allez trouver sur place.
Très bien pour celui qui cherche la tranquillité, loin du monde.
Pour mon fils et moi qui aimons le monde, les magasins, le passage, ça nous a manqué.
Nous l'avons trouvé dans le vieil Antibes.

Excellent apartment in pleasant residential area
We had a lovely week in the apartment, from sunny breakfasts on the balcony to watching the moon rise over the sea with a glass of wine in the evening. The location was ideal for us. There's a good supermarket and Boulanger less than 5 minutes away, and it's only a 15-20 min walk to the old town, harbour and sandy beach. The bus system was excellent, the stop is a couple of minutes away and you can travel all week for just 10 euro. This includes travel to the picturesque towns and villages up in the hills such as Valbonne, Biot and St Paul de Vence. The apartment is well equipped, with UK TV and unlimited internet access if you need to keep in touch with home. Recommended.

Disappointing
Too far inland for a sea view and obstructed by another apartment building. Pool is down a laneway behind another building and has no shade or loungers (bare tiles) - hardly used it. Beach is accessible only through a motorway underpass 15 minutes walk away. Stony beach with no facilities. Location is residential with few local amenities. Cost more than expected as owner had failed to advise extra changes.
