"The property was nice, but unfortunately, customer service was really poor, and the mattress cover of the sofa bed was full of stains (months worth of stains - see pictures attached) which affected me greatly. I was also charged deposit fees for a damaged shutter (attached by 2 hinges on the external wall - one was missing) probably caused by the extremely violent storm and winds hitting Livorno the day I arrived. "Schöne Wohnung mit nettem Balkon zum Kanal hin.Etwa 25 Min vom Bahnhof entfernt. Bis Ende Oktober darf nicht geheizt werden. Daher sollten Wolldecken bereit liegen.Auch ein weiteres Paar Bettücher für den Fall dass man als Paar doch spontan getrennt schlafen möchte, wäre hilfreich.Supermarkt gleich schräg gegenüber."
