"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"Reception staff professional,friendly and helpful.Paola and Allesandro were wonderful.. thanks for the many tips. Thanks also to Louisa in the breakfast room very attentive ,welcoming and friendly...remembered guests names! We thoroughky enjoyed a few hours rekaxing in hot tub and terrace late afternoon after a day exploring. We made use of the hotel bicycles to get around the city and tour the wall pathway..fab!
