The hotel is new and very pretty. We stayed in a double, and the only problem was that it had no windows. So ventilation was not great and I personally like to have windows. I think the other rooms may be different.

La propiedad esta muy bien ubicada, muy cĆ©ntrica, la atenciĆ³n fue muy buena, la habitacion privada es apenas para llegar a descansar. El desayuno es bueno. Trabajan 24 horas y eso da seguridad a tu vehĆ­culo afuera del local. Un dĆ­a hubo atraso con el desayuno pero por todo lo demĆ”s se recomienda este lugar.

esta un poco descuidado, el colchĆ³n no es tan comodo, y las puertas de las recamaras hacen mucho ruido al abrir y cerrar. pero el personal es muy muy atento. La terraza esta bien y tiene una vista increĆ­ble de los volcanes.

ReservĆ© la habitaciĆ³n utilizando una noche gratis a la que tenĆ­a derecho debido a reservaciones previas con Hoteles.com; al momento de llegar al hotel, ellos no aceptaron la reservaciĆ³n al precio descontado (a pesar de que les mostrĆ© el correo de confirmaciĆ³n que me enviĆ³ Hoteles.com), y tuve que pagar el precio normal del cuarto, que es cuatro veces mĆ”s alto de lo que yo habĆ­a acordado pagar al momento de reservar (la reservaciĆ³n con el descuento de la promo sĆ³lo me cobraba los impuestos).

Hotel muy bonito y a buen precio, con habitaciones cĆ³modas, amplias y limpias. Las personas que atienden son muy agradables. EstĆ” muy cerca del parque central de Antigua, por lo que es muy cĆ³modo moverse a los lugares mĆ”s conocidos e importantes. Yo y mis cinco amigxs que nos hospedamos ahi, lo recomendamos muchĆ­simo.
