The patio and outdoor areas invite you to relax under the sun, share a meal outdoors or simply let yourself be carried away by the tranquillity of the surroundings.Inside, every detail is designed to offer a unique experience: wooden ceilings and floors, volcanic stone walls, large windows and a warm natural light that envelops everything. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster...), is perfect for those who enjoy cooking and sharing.Located in a quiet area, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but with easy car access to the main beaches and points of interest on the island.Highlighted amenities: Private garden and furnished terraces Garage and parking within the property Wifi and television Private pool (currently out of service, see note below) The property has an alarm system with motion sensors. These sensors are only activated if the alarm is connected in case of emergency; under normal conditions they remain deactivated.WARNING: The swimming pool is out of service from 18/07/2025 due to a breakdown. Our team is working on its repair, but for the moment we cannot confirm the completion date.
