"Such a unique property, after a nice evening of conversation around the fire pit,we stayed in the stargazer tent and when I opened my eyes at 4:30 in the morning, I looked out onto the wonder of the Milky Way and the galaxies and the brilliant night sky. The staff was super helpful and even gave us recommendations for our drive to Capitol Reef. A totally unique experience which I might do again at a different national park!"

"This hotel is the nicest place to stay in Escalante, there isn't much to the city. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean. Highly recommend eating at Escalante Outfitters and Burr Trail Grill for lunch or dinner. The hotel is advertised as having a restaurant onsite serving American cuisine. The restaurant had not opened yet when we checked in due to being behind schedule. The hot tub looked like it needed some love and a good cleaning, but the pool looked nice and clean!"

"The checking process was horrible! There was no physical person to reach out to and the link didn't I clue the doorcode. Once in it seemed like a delightful rustic room but once all unpacked & settled, the fridge wasn't cold nor did it ever get cold & it smelled terrible! Bugs!!! "Great place to stay in town. Plentiful parking and so easy to walk to the handful of great places to dine and visit. Room was nicely updated and perfectly clean. Spacious bathroom, plenty of clean, white towels and we enjoyed our complimentary coffee outside in the cool desert morning. I would absolutely stay again."

"Cabins were clean, community bathrooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with information. We actually booked a second trip for August... that's how much we liked it! We didn't eat the food truck but we did get the meal packs and bbq'd right over the camp fire. We ate in town a couple times which was a nice experience, too.
