Cute place. Lynda was very helpful. We got the handicap accessible room which made for a smaller bedroom area. However it was a very clean room with great towels. Star gazing was amazing as you are away from lighted areas

This place is perfect in every sense of the way. I’ve stayed in 5 star resorts and this places surpasses them all. Clean room Thoughtful amenities and snacks Excellent views Tucked in a quiet neighborhood Very comfortable bed and ample pillows Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and quality selection of coffee The room has excellent flow to it. I couldn’t believe the great deal I got for the room considering everything else around was at least 2 to 3 times more. I will definitely return and recommend it to all my friends and family.

We loved our stay here. Very quiet with lots of beautiful scenery. They were upgraded and the owner Lynda is wonderful and very helpful. Please consider staying here when visiting Bryce Canyon.

Absolutely wonderful stay. It was clean, quiet, and private. Bed was so comfy. Perfect after hiking in Bryce National Park-only a 10-15 minute drive away. The property had amazing hummingbird feeders, surrounded by hummingbirds, which was a special touch. The night stars were beautiful at this location. BUT What truly made our visit exceptional was the customer service from Lynda. She was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for hiking and exploring the area. We even accidentally left a hat behind and didn't realize until we were almost two hours away. Lynn found it and offered to drive to return it!! She mailed it to us (She possibly even cleaned it as well) with yummy candies from Bryce Canyon. Wow..we were so touched! You don't get that level of personal care everywhere. We loved our stay and would happily return. Five stars.

Nice clean well maintained place. The town of Tropic is pretty must not great but eat at Rustlers Restaurant . A great place to stay and eat. If you are an alternative rock fan, Wanda from 4 Non Blondes is buried there.

Loved this quaint room with mountain views, deer and hummingbirds outside the door. Great communication with host Lynda. Would stay again for sure. Different from mainstream hotels. Didn’t disappoint! Room and bathroom was clean.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Felt like home. Relaxed, laid back atmosphere with a comfy bed, comfy chairs, and plenty of space to lounge around after hiking Bryce. The owner also left some free granola bars and candy. Great place to stay if you're doing Bryce.

This was a real surprise to us. In a good way. The motel is freshly renovated and located off the main drag so it's very quiet. The bed was comfy and the bathroom spotless. It only has 5 rooms so it's very private. A budget option in the area that's hard to find. My wife and I highly recommend.

Check your messages for the exact address. The room was like a DREAM! Clean and spacious and so cute. The view was beyond anything you could imagine. The cabin/room was perfect all around. HOWEVER - mind your timing as the town is small and if you get in late there really is no place to grab dinner. The drive to the canyon took only minutes and it was just lovely.

Look no further. This place is perfect. Our stay was originally one night. The room was so nice, we stayed for two! The owners were extremely accommodating, the room was very clean and bright, and the sheets were amazing. For a couple, this place was awesome! The check in process is via Email, so there is no office at the building, but the service from the proprietor was top shelf. An extremely pleasant stay and overall experience!
