"The location of the cabin is 30mins from Bryce NP and you can also visit the Mossy Cave on the way to the park as it falls in middle. This makes it a perfect location to stay for Bryce NP. The home was clean and had beautiful views from back terrace. The home was equipped with all necessary items to make it a pleasant stay for family. Milt was responsive and he mentioned he lives nearby. The grocery option in this town are limited. I would love to stay here again if we plan to visit the park...

"We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue. We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay."

"We needed somewhere to stay for one night in between Capitol Reef and Bryce. I found this place and decided to book, knowing nothing about the town of Escalante. When we were arriving in Escalante and approaching the home, we started to wonder if we had made a mistake. Don’t expect well manicured neighborhoods. "We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. The short drive to the park is beautiful. Do be aware that the larger bathroom is downstairs while the three bedrooms are...

"We loved staying in Escalante. The house is located next to a pub and close to a neighborhood but otherwise on its own. It was a very short walk to a nice coffee shop/outdoor shop, as well as pizza/restaurant. We found some wonderful hikes within 20min drive. It was quiet, relaxing. House was super clean and comfy."

"We stayed with a youth group (total 18 people) at the I rustic, but cozy location. I don't love the strange little town called Koosharem, but this place was a good fit for how large our group was and our budget restraints. If it was in the budget, I would have stayed in a cabin by the lake--but I would rather this place with a kitchen and beds than tents near the lake. We hiked Capitol Reef and fished Fish Lake. It was nice to cook some nights on the grill/fire and some nights in the kitchen....
