"We had a wonderful weekend. It is a little older hotel but was very clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly. Very easy to access so many places in Hershey. We would definitely stay again."

"This property was chosen for it's wheelchair accessibility. IT WAS NOT! We had 2 individuals in wheelchairs with one that CAN NOT WALK. We had to wheel them from the driveway onto the main street to access a small stone stepped walkway that was not wide enough not to mention then to lift them up the stair due to no ramp! Now speaking with vrbo and the host as I was telling her my concerns, she was rude and hung up on myself and customer service! This is not a wheelchair friendly property the host lied. There are NO RAMPS and not to mention the wheelchairs couldn't fit in the bathroom. We literally had to pick up a non walking person and walk sideways to get in the bathroom. This is a serious problem for people with disabilities and the host showed no concern and just started don't stay if you don't want to but the problem is we had no choice especially driving over 6hrs to a supposed SUPER HOUSE. This is unacceptable and vrbo supervisor tried to call the host but they did not answer. This was an awful experience and when MY INDIVIDUAL WITH DISABILITIES SAYS TO ME THAT THEY ARE SAD THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR HER hurt my heart! If you or Iyour loved ones are in a wheelchair, this property is not for you regardless that he states wheelchair accessibility. DO NOT BELIEVE IT! Also be careful there is 1foot drop with no watch your step sign in the downstairs bathroom that's also not wheelchairs accessible"

"Had a great stay, last week, at the Simmons. Smack in the middle of Chocolate Ave, minutes walking distance to great food, shops, Hidden Still distilling right behind the hotel and Yah brewing. And for the price, you just can beat the value. There is so much history behind the Simmons. You just don't see family-owned motels anymore. Sandy at the front desk was most helpful. It was an easy check in. She was very knowledgeable of places to eat and things to do near by. Looking forward to our next stay there!"
