"The first room we were assigned was absolutely filthy! Dirty, dusty…when pulling the shade down, exposed to black mold all along the side of the shade, and the bathroom molding/shower -moldy! Complained to front desk immediately. We were assigned to another room which was way cleaner, but to only be awakened during the night several times by RUDE LOUD DISRESPECTFUL YELLING PEOPLE in the next room. Totally unacceptable! Again front desk handled it. Always check your room before settling in!"

"Elevator wasn't working ... not the worst, but when you're tired from traveling it was a pain. Also, room had the tiniest sink/vanity!"

"Everything was clean, pool was clean and my son really enjoyed it. The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. The location was perfect for Hershey Park. The only negative was our room was right by elevator which was very noisy and there were a lot of kids there for an event and they were very noisy until late at night which was rude and disruptive. Did not get much sleep, but that’s not really the hotels fault - that’s on the adults who were chaperoning the kids."

"We were told our room would be cleaned every other day, only when we asked, but with 3 kids and meals, we accumulated a lot of trash and it would have been nice to get it cleaned every day. However, when they came the alternating day, they only replaced our towels and emptied the trash. They didn’t make the beds or replenish the coffee. Also when I went downstairs to ask for plastic utensils, the front desk person pointed me to the breakfast area which was closed. I kept looking to see if there was an open door since he pointed me there but no. Finally I found the kitchen door open on the side and got some. But it felt a bit dismissive. Also, it would have been nice if the indoor pool was a little heated. It was cold like an outdoor pool. Otherwise our stay was comfortable."

"8 adults 6 kids and our dog stayed at the Hershey House and it was perfect! The house has all sorts of amenities we didn’t expect, espresso machine, golden tee golf, basketball hoop out front, ponies at the neighbors house, screened in porch, a piano, gas fireplaces, and plenty of places to sleep! We could fit one more family if we wanted to next year. All around excellent stay!"

"When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you booked through a third party app. We finally went to our room to find it to be filthy. The bathroom had hairs on the toilet and a long black hair and dust and dirt on the hand wash container on the wall. I have photos. We left for dinner and a show and came back deciding to make a cup of tea using the hot water in the lobby but the hot water was not hot. We decided to make tea in the room but the keurig was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned in a long while. I have photos. I intend to write a complaint to Hilton Corporate."
