"Great location, walkable to downtown Clayton and nice view from the upper floor. The house is spacious and the 5 of us had room to spread out. Beds were super comfortable and ample bedding and linens provided. The kitchen is spacious and has everything needed to prepare and eat meals. It was humid and hot during our stay so we were grateful that there were several different window AC units that did a great job. All the bedrooms are on the second floor, and the stairs are old style- narrow and steep- so anyone with mobility issues would be sleeping on the couches in the living room. One of our party did this and reported they were comfortable- extra bedding was set out by one of the couches which was appreciated. "

"The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked! The host communicated his availability and made sure everything was okay after we had been there for a day. "Another lovely stay. Some upkeep on the property done since our last stay 2 years ago so everything was lovely. Very nice boathouse and the location is great. Robin is so easy to work with and even got to meet her in person this time. The wigwam building outside is great terrier for a pair of teenagers to have some privacy. "
