"The chap on reception made this hotel excellent. He deserves 5 stars. Extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself wasn’t great. Paper thin walls so I may as well have been sharing a room with the rest of the hotel. The bathroom was shared and sink was continuously blocked. Breakfast just tea bread and dry cake. "The owner was very nice. He allowed us to check in early at 8am and gave us some snacks/cereal bar which was very helpful for us to go hiking. The room was nice and clean with an amazing view of the volcano. Shower was hot enough with good water pressure. Location is superb. Would definitely recommend."
