Hotel and room conditions were rather dirty. The carpet in the elevators should really be replaced. The tile floors in the room were clearly dirty and need a more thorough washing. Towels are thin and sparsely provided. Mattress and pillows are low quality. All of which I expect more from a 4 star hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable, modern hotel offering all facilities that you would expect. The room was a good size and had a comfortable bed, good wifi, large TV, tea-making facilities and an excellent bathroom. The staff is great, but the towels of the bathroom for shower are ridiculous small and no minibar in the room was disappointing. For a 4 stars hotel, i would expect at least a coffee machine in the room, not soluble coffe.

Hotellet ligger sentralt. Deilig med fleksibel innsjekk. Seng, dyne og pute føltes billig med dårlig kvalitet, og sengetøyet var i polyester. Det ble generelt dårlig søvn på meg. Ellers var nattbord og lampe ødelagt. Frokost ikke inkludert, så prøvde ikke den.
