"1. 단점 가. 청결 1) 침구 및 어메니티 리필정도만 하고 청소하지 않는 듯 - 바닥에 머리카락 침대위 날벌레 시체, 천장 먼지 현관 벽면 손대면 기름 덕지덕지, 화장실 곰팡이 나. 시설물 1) 화장실 - 비대좌변기이나 비대기능 아무것도 안됨 2) 엘리베이터 - 3층 건물이나 엘리베이터가 없어서 아쉬움 무거운 짐 들고 올 경우 썩 좋지않음 3) 침대 - 보이는 것만 호텔형 침대, 실질적으로는 딱딱함 - 잠자기 매우 불편 다. 방음/소음 1) 옆방 윗방 대화하는 소리, 의자 움직이는 소리 바로 옆에서 듣는것처럼 생생함 2) 새벽2-5시까지 옆방이 안자고 계속 떠들고 왔다갔다 하는 바람에 잠 설침 (소음 민감하신분 절대 비추) 2. 장점 가. 젊은분 말고 좀 더 나이있으신 사장님 친절하심 "

"It was difficult to check in as the door code was not sent. The room itself was nice and clean, but the room heating could not be turned down so it was difficult to sleep and we ended up leaving the window open. The staff did say there was an issue with the heating in the whole building at that time."
