"Just Wow! In a beautiful situation in the Alps. Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms are quaint, not modern but comfortable. Restaurant food fabulous, great breakfast, we loved this hotel. There is no breakfast including as it is stated in the ad, moreover, there is no spa as stated in the ad. I would have probably not choosen this hotel if I had know this before booking"

"The old town area doesn't disappoint: beautiful historical buildings, narrow cobblestone roads with boutiques and local restaurants to explore. Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. I loved the shower power! Do use the Ticino transit card for discounts - we forgot. Next time!"
