"On this recent trip to Europe we decided to drive through 7 countries and we stayed in 8 different properties in 5 of them. Casa Luna was by far the biggest disappointment. From the pictures and description posted on Expedia/VRBO we expected this property to be the highlight of our tour. Both were misleading. "The view of the lake from our room was amazing. We were on the 5th floor. The hotel staff was friendly (Marco at check-in was great), and the room was extremely clean! Lovely amenities with a hand written note from manager. Short walk into town, breakfast was pleasant on terrace, private parking available for 19CHF/night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the near future!"
