"The property is pretty. The description details which have now been changed were misinforming. The ad said there was a bathroom. There isn't unless you go outside or into the main house. The hosts failed to mention that there are no electrical outlets. Nothing in the treehouse to charge phones, tablets or medical equip. They were very clear on "No Refunds." "Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"
