  • Located 300m from Papamoa Beach and Papamoa Plaza, this cozy home offers convenience for families, couples, or small groups.

    This unit has two bedrooms which can accomodate up to five guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to prepare meals with ease.

    We are the middle unit in a block of three, and the driveway is shared with neighbours which means unfortunately no on-site parking.

Perfect

Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. Thanks Matt for a lovely stay :)

This Bach was handy. Could walk everywhere . Everything was like 2mins away. The beach,a dairy, supermarket mall even z and mcds . Kids loved it. The place was nice and cozy and perfect for our needs. A nice little modernized Bach. Had all the necessities. The Host is easy to communicate with and even let me bring an extra child in to staybon the last night no extra charge. I will definitely save this as a favorite place and will definitely stay here again. Papamoa is a lovely place.. The neighbors are friendly as well which also made it a nice place to stay

Great location

The unit is in a great location. Close to the beach, supermarket and walking distance to 'The Island' restaurant which is fantastic. Matt was really easy to communicate with and the check in was really easy. Will have to come back in the summer when its a little warmer.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations, particularly considering the price. There is no onsite parking, which was inconvenient. The listing also does not include any photos of the outdoor area, and after seeing it in person, we could understand why. The outdoor furniture and barbecue were in terrible condition and did not feel clean or usable. The carpet in the lounge and dining area was badly stained and desperately needs a deep clean, although it may be at the point where it should simply be replaced. The bathroom was also unpleasant, with visible mould that needs urgent attention. Overall, the property needs significant cleaning, maintenance and updating. In its current condition, it does not offer value for money, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Difficult to make contact with host.Access delayed for 1 hour.The whole place was filthy.Windows haven’t been cleaned for a very long time.Glasses and cups/mugs stained and showing fingerprints.Cutlery also.Vinyl floors sticky and unwashed.Entry ranchslider difficult to operate.Carpet appears to not have been cleaned for some time.Toilet didn’t flush properly.Had to pour water into bowl to clear it.
