"We had club lounge access and they didn’t have Coke Zero which is the only drink I drink apart from water. At breakfast there is no bread and no toast. As it is used by a lot of international travellers it wouldn’t be hard to supply these things. As a 5* it should definitely have a smart tv in the room, we had the choice of 7 Japanese channels. Could not get our Netflix account. It advertises as having a pool but you have to pay extra for that. Room was nice, clean with a nice bathroom. Fitted bed sheets need upgrading as rough and cheap feeling. "

"While the rooms are pretty small by American standards, they're about average size for Japan. However, the staff was amazing. The facilities were excellent and the amenities were great. Highly recommend to stay here."

"This was the perfect stay on our trip to Japan. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very kind and thoughtful. Check in was a breeze. The amenities were clean and very nice. The baths were always clean and maintained. The pool area was very nice and had an amazing view of the Tokyo Tower. The rooms were standard sizes for hotels in Japan but the rooms were always clean, we got new towels and yakatas everyday and if we needed anything I just had to call the lobby and was helped promptly. The location of the hotel was away from the hustle an bustle of usual Tokyo traffic but was still a walking distance to the metros, stores, and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here in my future stays. "

"Great location for subway, JR, & Shinjuku. Spacious rooms for Tokyo standard, quite clean & good condition, loved the balcony! Had a comfortable stay but front desk was disorganised on the morning we wanted to check out & queue was disorderly. Apart from this our stay was great. One staff member helpfully arranged our suitcases to be shipped to our next hotel which was very easy & convenient. Would recommend."

"The remm Roppongi hotel is very well-located—close to everything. It offers easy access to the subway. The room we stayed in on the 14th floor had a spectacular view. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very kind and friendly; we extend special thanks to Daniel, who took great care to assist us with both kindness and professionalism.
