The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again."

"Delightful little cottage just half a block of off the main Beach Dr., 3 blocks from the beach. Very small but just right for 1-2 people. Clean and very well equipped. A bit loud with two bars nearby but loud not enough to be disturbing. Great coffee on the corner. Highly recommend."

"We stayed here for a weekend while we went to Busch Gardens and a concert at Raymond James. It was perfect for our trip and the host was so friendly and easy to communicate with. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and is in a safe area. Will definetly look to rent again for any future weekend trips!"
