"Thought I left my phone in the room. Someone has escorted me back up after I checked out. I did end up finding it in my luggage and then the next day someone texted me to make sure that I have found it cause they had found a lost phone what a great group of individuals who work at this place the facility is beautiful and it’s in a great location."

Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg

"Check in was fine. Room was clean and everything worked. Good water pressure and clean towels. Close to just about everything as long as you don't mind walking. My wife was down getting things from the car and a Black Bear was strolling through the parking garage. Seems to be a weekly event around here. She was freaking out. I thought it was very funny. There are "how to act when a bear is present" signs all around the property. Bring good walking shoes and enjoy Gatlinburg. I would stay here again! wife?................."

"Absolutely loved this hotel… bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the best… one of the best that I ever had… the lazy river was so much fun and of course all the Christmas decorations were just amazing. Will definitely be back."
