This is the cleanest Hotel I've been in, in a very long time! I cant say enough good thing's about this place! Everyone is so kind. So much fun things to do and the whole grounds are beautiful. My children really enjoyed the pool/Waterpark. 10/10 recommend and will be staying here next visit! Thank you so much!!

The room we had was very spacious. We did experience some after hours noise from the room above us that caused us to not get enough sleep a couple nights. The hotel was nice enough. I wish a breakfast option was offered. Conveniently located off of the parkway. Great location

Super great for the price! We didn’t take advantage of the water park as we were there for cheer competition. We had so much room and the price was fantastic. Loved having the fireplace and kitchen in the room! Would def stay again. The staff were great!

Room was spacious and clean. My son loved the indoor water park! Nate at the front desk was super nice and knowledgeable. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is the elevator right at our room was out of service,so the only elevator working was at the end of the hall. Could have just happened,or waiting on a part to repair. Thats the only thing. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff is very kind room was very spacious and clean... there was one dirty rag in the shower, but whatever no big deal. Location was great. The only down fall and why i can't give it 5 stars was the pool. I know the staff can't help it but there were groups of teens and the pool in the winter time alone isn't big enough for the amount of rooms the places has. EXTREMELY over crowded, my kids couldn't even find a place to play. What didn't help is on a Friday and Saturday night the slides, which was the reason we booked, we're closed for what was suppose to be half an hour for the life guards break, but both nights she was gone 1.5 to 2 hours, very odd and that didn't help with the crowd control. Anyway just think it beds to be advertised that the indoor pool isn't big enough for a full hotel, maybe only in the summer when their outdoor is open too. Wish there was breakfast like their sister hotel. Anyway I'll never book there in winter again but would in the summer. Thanks!

It was just okay, I’m not sure if I’d stay there again. I think the price should be lower for the quality of what you’re getting. For the same price I could’ve stayed somewhere a bit nicer. The women at the front desk were just okay, I wouldn’t say any of them were ever particularly friendly. The hotel was nice and quiet off season on the weekdays which was nice. The furniture in the rooms need replacing, my coffee table was duct taped on certain parts and the tables and chairs had scratches and chipped parts. The cleaning staff were very friendly and professional so I appreciated that, although they knocked on the door every morning around 10am to ask if I needed clean towels which was amazing how on top of their job they are, but at the same time it meant I didn’t have any days to sleep in, so maybe they could consider doing their towel check in the afternoon. But overall, it was just okay.
